Tyra Lawson is a grandmother who has a gourmet style that originates from Shreveport, Louisana. She herself was taught by her grandmother and for the past 30 years has maintained the consistency of a 100 year old Sweet Potato Pie recipe to perfection! And although there is much that must be said to the testimony of thousands about the Sweet Potato Pie, it is her signature creation the Pineapple Cheesecake that is becoming the in-house favorite at the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs  in Anchorage, Alaska.  Simply put, Tyra bakes flavor into every bite and  each and every bite is a unique experience.
